Description: In Campus Kitchen, we work to recover food that would otherwise be thrown away due to it being past shelf life (even though it is still edible) and make it into nutritious meals for individuals struggling to provide for themselves. We offer not only a relief to individuals in need, but also food/nutrition education and leadership training to our volunteers.
