Geriatric Workforce Enhancement Program

Description: The purpose of this cooperative agreement program, is to establish and operate geriatric education centers that will implement the GWEP project. The implementation of this project will develop a health care workforce that maximizes patient and family engagement, and improves health outcomes for older adults by integrating geriatrics with primary care.
