Description: As the Diversity Specialist within Saint Louis University, Ms. McMillan designs innovative diversity programs and serve as a key consultant to the Human Resources Recruitment team and Hiring Managers. She is the connection between the unemployed job seeker and the recruiter, and Ms. McMillan’s position serves to educate, and inform under-represented individuals who are seeking employment. She conducts employment workshops and participates in speaking engagements throughout the St. Louis community in order to provide under-represented job seekers employment information and opportunities beyond the traditional electronic application process. This outreach serves to aid job seekers undertake the complexities of the application process through helping to build an internal personal connection.
