Agile Software Development Certificate
The use of Agile techniques have expanded rapidly over the past three years in response to businesses transitioning from a rigid process-driven approach to a customer value-driven approach. Agile is now commonly applied to projects in software development, product development and an expanding variety of areas. In this certificate program, students learn to lead projects, motivate operational and cultural changes and implement Agile within an organization. This series of courses will develop a comprehensive understanding of Agile management and techniques, frameworks and tools. It is suggested that you complete the core classes in the order listed below. Electives can be taken in any order, although most require one or more prerequisites.
