Admitted ESL Students

In order to complete most of the tasks below, you will need to have the following ready: (1) SLU Net ID and (2) Banner ID. If you don't have these ID's, please e-mail us at ICAdmit@slu.edu.

To Do Now:

• Confirmation of Enrollment: In order to confirm your enrollment, please fill out this form.
   

• Housing Application & Contract: (Instructions) If you wish to live on-campus, you need to complete a housing application and contract. Instructions on how to do this, can be found here.
   

• Housing Deposit: (Instructions) If you applied for housing, you will need to pay a $250 USD housing deposit. The deposit is non-refundable unless you provide proof that you were denied a student visa. Instructions on how to do this, can be found here.
   

• Declaration of Financial Support: In order to issue your I-20, we will need to receive this document first.
   

To Do Later:

• Airport Pick-up Form: Please fill out this form once you have obtained your flight information. Students must arrive on Monday, 18 August or Tuesday, 19 August, 2008. If a student arrives earlier, then he/she must take a taxi and stay in a hotel.
   

• Health Forms: Please fill these health forms and send them to us.
   

• Scholarship Acceptance: If you received a scholarship, you must accept it online. Instructions on how to do this, can be found here.

• Orientation Information: All students must attend the mandatory orientation on Wednesday, 20 August 2008.
