In order to
complete most of the tasks below, you will need to have the
following ready: (1) SLU Net ID and (2) Banner ID. If you don't
have these ID's, please e-mail the Graduate School at
gradadm@slu.edu.

Confirmation of Enrollment: You will receive more
instructions on how to confirm your enrollment directly from
the Graduate School. If you have any questions, or if you
have not received this information, please e-mail the
Graduate School at

Housing
Application & Contract: (Instructions) If you wish to live on-campus,
you need to complete a housing application and contract.
Instructions on how to do this, can be found here.

Housing
Deposit: (Instructions) If you applied for housing, you will need to
pay a $250 USD housing deposit. The deposit is
non-refundable unless you provide proof that you were denied
a student visa. Instructions on how to do this, can be found
here.

Declaration of
Financial Support: In order to issue your I-20, we will need
to receive this document first.

Airport Pick-up Form:
Please fill out this form once you have obtained your flight
information. Students must arrive on Wednesday, 16
January or
Thursday, 17 January, 2008. Because the
dorms/apartments open on Friday, 18 January, you must find a
hotel to stay
for those nights.

Please fill these health forms and send them to
us.

Information: All students must attend the mandatory
