Physiological  Psychology

                   Welcome to Physiological Psychology!
    Thisis an exciting area of study, which examines the relationship between the BRAIN and BEHAVIOR.  Although many exciting developments continue to unfold in the brain sciences, such progress rests on the shoulders of giants!  While we study the intriguing and innovative contributions this field has made to our quality of life, well into the 21st century, bear in mind it was the dedication, creativity, and zeal of fellow scientists that deserves our gratitude.
    In this spirit, I urge you to read the comments from some noted biological psychologists on the front and back cover of your textbook.  May you draw inspiration from their thoughts and work, and my best wishes for a productive and, hopefully, interesting semester.
