Cynthia LeRouge, PhD, CPA is Associate Professor of Health Management & Policy. Dr. LeRouge, holds secondary appointments in the John Cook School of Business at Saint Louis University and the Saint Louis University Center for Outcomes Research (SLUCOR). Dr. LeRouge has been recognized for teaching excellence, research excellence and outstanding service.

Over the last several years Dr. LeRouge has developed expertise in public health informatics, consumer informatics, and telemedicine. Dr. LeRouge has authored over 60 scientific publications. She is currently the co-Editor-in-Chief of Health Systems Journal. She has also served as a guest editor for numerous special journal issues of healthcare informatics and currently serves on the editorial board of two focused healthcare information systems journals.

Recent services activities include executive roles in the American Telemedicine Association Business & Finance SIG and Association of Information Systems' SIG for Healthcare Research. and AHRQ review panels. Dr. LeRouge lives in St. Louis with her husband, David.
