Harlan Dolgin, JD, CBCP, has been a Certified Business Continuity Professional since 2003. In 2006, he was Founder and Co-Chair of PandemicPrep.Org, a not-for-profit organization working to prepare the St. Louis region for our nation's next pandemic. PandemicPrep.Org is the nation's leading grassroots pandemic planning organization and a trusted partner with FEMA, HHS, Department of Homeland Security, and OSHA. In April 2009, he became Executive Director of the organization. He is also a member of the Community Pandemic Planning Readiness Sub-Committee formed by the State of Missouri Dept. of Health and Senior Services.

Mr. Dolgin has been President of Dolgin Consulting LLC since January 2009, specializing in consulting with businesses in the areas of Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Emergency Management and Pandemic Preparedness. He was the Americas IT Service Continuity Manager for the Global Operations Department at Thomson Reuters from July 2004 to December 2008. He began working in the business continuity field in 1999 at US Bank, and continued with WellPoint in 2001, before joining Thomson Reuters. Prior to his technology and business continuity career, Mr. Dolgin practiced civil and trial law for eight years. He has maintained his law license with the State of Missouri since 1986.
