Stephen Edward McMillin is Director of the Master of Social Work Program at Saint Louis University. His scholarship focuses on relationship-based and evidence-based health and social work interventions (such as early childhood home visitation and maternal and child health services) as well as on how health and social service professionals are trained to deliver and supervise these services.

This work seeks to build training and support infrastructure in health and social service systems so that interventions are evidence-based, humane, and contribute to a more just society.
