Saint Louis University

As an institution, Saint Louis University is fully accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
In addition to this accreditation, the School of Education has the following accreditations:

During 2009-2010, ninety-seven percent (97%) of Saint Louis University's initial teacher education program completers passed all required state certification tests. The statewide pass rate that year for program completers was 97%.

There were 131 students enrolled in Saint Louis University's program during 2009-10.
The program requires an average of 350 hours of supervised practice teaching.
