Brief Bio
Susan Toft Everson, Ph.D., is the director of the Department of Educational Leadership at Saint Louis University. Dr. Everson teaches courses in educational change, leadership program evaluation, and research.

Before coming to SLU, Dr. Everson was a Senior Director at the Mid-continent Regional Educational Laboratory, a research and development organization, where she managed educational improvement and leadership programs. She has consulted nationally and internationally for educational organizations, higher education institutions, schools, and school systems. Dr. Everson's expertise is educational improvement, dissemination, program planning, and evaluation. She has co-edited two books on school reform, published articles about educational improvement, and presented at conferences in the United States and Europe.
