Q. How do I get access my SLU Google Account? A. Go to myslu.slu.edu

Q. What is my username? A. Your email username is the first part of your email address before the @slu.edu. For example; smithj@slu.edu, the username is: smithj

Q. How do I get my password? A. Your default temporary password is set to the last six (6) digits of your Banner ID, for the first time you log on.

Q. How do I reset my password? A. Go to password.slu.edu. Log-in and click on the Change Password link.

Email

Every registered student of the University is assigned a SLU email account. Full-time students of the University receive a SLU Google email, while part-time and student workers receive a SLU Webmail email. Both emails are assigned and managed by SLU. Email is the official communication tool utilized across campus to contact students.

Q. How do I get access my SLU Google Account? A. Log into your MySLU account and then click on the Tools Tab. On the Tools page, you will see the Google Apps link, click on the Google Apps Link. The Google Log-in screen will open. Log in using your SLU Net Id and your SLU Google Password. Q. Why should I use my SLU Google email account? A. SLU Google is your official communication tool of the university. This address is what all your SLU correspondences will be sent. The Google Account will give you plenty of space, over 2GBs of space, and a variety of applications to use with fellow students and Google members.

Q. How long do graduates keep thier email after graduation? A. Graduates have access to thier SLU email for 12 months after graduating from SLU.

Q. How do I get access my SLU Google Account? A. Log into your MySLU account and then click on the Tools Tab. On the Tools page, you will see the Banner Self-Service link, click on the Banner Self-Service link. Your the Banner Self-Service screen will open.

Q. How do I accept my finical aid? A. Once in Banner Self-Service, Click on Student Resources & Financial Services. After the Student Resources & Financial Services loads, click on Student Financial Services/Financial Aid. Then click on Award Notification Men. From this menu, click on Award Offers, select Aid Year, and then accept or decline your financial aid awards. After you make your decisions, click submit.
