Huston Smith
“Has Process Theology Dismantled Classical Theism?”

Process Theologians, says Huston Smith, restrict our immortality to God’s memory. Classical theism, however, sees the matter otherwise. The thought that we shall never know God face to face, experiencing directly his immeasurable goodness and the marvel of his self-communicating love makes a mockery of our unrestricted spiritual dynamism. Would there by thirst, if there were no water?
