1. Meet with Students on
Campus - Schedule a group
meeting to present information
about your organization or
host a reception in one of
our conference rooms. We are
happy to work with you to
make all the arrangements
and promote the opportunity.
2. Schedule On-campus Interviews
- Arrange to discuss job and
internship opportunities with
students at your convenience
in an on-campus interview.
We will collect resumes in
advance if you wish or can
send them directly to you.
When you decide which students
to interview, we can schedule
the space and the interview
times. You can also combine
individual interviews with
a group information session
to reach the greatest number
of students during your visit.
3. Request a Resume Packet
- Looking for a group
of professionals with certain
types of skills? Give us the
position profile, and we will
ask interested and qualified
students to submit resumes
for your review. This is a
wonderful method of creating
a pool that you can draw upon
as needs arise.
4. Consider Student Interns
- Need a project completed?
Data analyzed? An evaluation
written? A survey designed?
Student interns are an economical
source of high-quality, professional
skills to meet your organization's
short-term needs. Interns
are available full-time during
the summer and part-time during
the academic year. For further
information, see
our internship program.
Post Opportunities Any Time
Post job
and internship opportunities.
Notices are posted on our
website and in locations on
campus to reach both current
students and Department of
Public Policy Studies Alumni.
Postings can be published
at any time during the year,
but the response time and
the number of candidate responses
could be affected by the academic calendar.
