Professor Kelly Mulholland joins SLU LAW after years of private and government practice. After law school, she completed a federal clerkship for the Honorable Judge Charles P. Kocoras of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois. Subsequently, she practiced at private law firms in Chicago and the Silicon Valley, concentrating on federal corporate and international taxation with a particular interest in tax litigation. She also served as a trial attorney for the Internal Revenue Service in San Jose, Calif.
Professor Mulholland received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her B.A. from the University of Illinois. She is licensed to practice in Missouri, Illinois and California.
