Professors Tim Greaney, Kathy Cerminara and Efthimi Parasidis signed an amicus brief in the U.S. Supreme Court arguing in favor of the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act. The brief, signed by 104 Health Law Professors, provides the court with detailed information about the market for health care and the role that health insurance plays in that market.
