At the American Association of Law Libraries annual meeting in New Orleans (July 2007), Richard Amelung spoke on "Access to Native American Legal Materials" during the program, “Indigenous Government and the Law in the Americas. Library of Congress Online Classification.” His update on the work of the LC Working Group on the Future of Bibliographic Control was the program for the Technical Services Special Interest Section's "Hot Topic." He also served on a panel presenting aspects of technical service operations at the Workshop for Newer Law Library Directors.

Professor Ordower's commentary, "Notice 2007-17: The First Draft", has been accepted for publication by Tax Notes.

In addition, the current issue of the Michigan State Journal of International Law consists of the general tax report and national tax reports from the 17th Congress of the International Academy of Comparative Law, for which Professor Ordower was the general reporter. His report appears in volume 15 of the Journal (2007). The issue also includes a preface by Professor Ordower.
