	Professor Roger L. Goldman January 23, 2006 Professor Goldman was interviewed by KSDK-TV about the passing of Judge Theodore McMillian.
	Professor David Sloss January 20, 2006 Professor Sloss filed an amicus brief with U.S. Supreme Court in the consolidated cases of Sanchez-Llamas v. Oregon and Bustillo v. Johnson, which the Court will hear during the 2005-2006 term. Both cases raise questions about the judicial enforcement of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations in U.S. courts. He also filed an amicus brief with the U.S. Supreme Court in the case of Hamdan v. Rumsfeld, which the Court will hear during the 2005-2006 term. The brief addresses the judicial enforcement of the Geneva Conventions in U.S. Courts.
	Professor David Sloss January 20, 2006 Professor Sloss' review of the book, The Limits of International Law (Jack Goldsmith and Eric Posner), "Do International Norms Influence State Behavior?" was published in volume 38 of the George Washington International Law Review (2006). His article, "The Influence of International Law and International Tribunals on Harmonized or Hybrid Systems of Criminal Procedure," was published in volume 4 of the Washington University Global Studies Law Review (2005).
	Professor Stephen Thaman January 19, 2006 Professor Thaman gave a presentation to a parliamentary committee in the Kazakhstan Parliament in the capital, Astana, on January 13, in relation to draft money laundering legislation, as an expert of OSCE (Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe).
	Professor Jesse Goldner January 10, 2006 Professor Goldner published The Ethics and Regulation of Research with Human Subjects (with C. Coleman, J. Menikoff & N. Dubler) in 2005.
