Scott Hall Ribbon Cutting Blows Up Social Media
This morning was the formal ribbon cutting for Scott Hall, and dignitaries such as Mayor Francis Slay (SLU LAW Class of 1980), University President Fr. Lawrence Biondi and members of the Missouri General Assembly who are SLU LAW alumni joined Dean Michael Wolff to open the new facility.
After an invocation from the school's chaplain, Fr. Chris Pinne, there were speeches by Dean Wolff, Mayor Slay and President Biondi. Following the cutting of the actual ribbon, the building was open for tours and exploring.
Throughout the day, people have been sharing photos, tweeting their thoughts and posting on Facebook about the new building and the ceremony. We've gathered some tweets below that are just a sample of the things that have popped up on our radar today.
