Stay Tuned STL features students & new building
Stay Tuned STL, a social media-driven show on KETC (Ch. 9, PBS) that brings together local thought leaders to discuss issues and topics of the day, put together an episode last night that delved into the development of downtown St. Louis. By looking at what has changed in the area in the last 10-15 years and what current initiatives are underway, the participants tried to paint a picture of what downtown might be like in the coming years. The episode is available to view on the show's website.
3L student Joe Wilson, who is featured in our student profiles and on the Stay Tuned website, was a contributor on the program and offered insights into how excited the SLU LAW community is to be moving downtown. The law school's move and the new building were referenced many times as signs of the vitality of and investment in the downtown area.
Stay Tuned encourages viewers to participate in the discussions through social media, either through comments on their Facebook page or tweets using the #StayTunedSTL hashtag. A few of the tweets that referenced SLU LAW also caught our eye:
Looking forward to @SLULAW downtown! #staytunedSTL
