Mingan Yang, PhD

Mingan Yang received his Ph.D. in Statistics in 2006 and then did a postdoctoral fellowship with the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences of the National Institutes of Health at Duke University with Dr. David Dunson. Prior to joining the faculty at Saint Louis University, Dr. Yang served as a consultant and assistant professor at Marquette University School of Nursing.

Dr. Yang's research interests include the use of Bayesian nonparametrics, Bayesian hierarchical modeling, survival analysis, computational statistics, latent variable modeling and structural equation modeling (SEM).
