Graduates with this combined degree are highly
valued in the job market. The program prepares students to assume finance or
marketing positions in health care organizations, in addition to more general
management positions. Many graduates also find jobs in consulting firms.
The MHA/MBA program can be completed in three
years on a full time basis. Students with undergraduate business degrees
typically can reduce the number of credit hours needed for the MBA portion of
the joint degree. Public health and business courses are blended throughout
the three years.
