The Passion of Christ and the Third Week
Rev. David L. Fleming, S.J.

Author of Draw Me into Your Friendship: A Literal Translation and Contemporary Reading of the Spiritual Exercises, and Like the Lightning: The Dynamics of the Ignatian Exercises. Editor of the journal, Review for Religious, St. Louis, MO. Fleming will speak on the setting of the Third Week, as conceived by Ignatius' experience at LaStorta.

What Does Ignatian Passion Look Like Today?
Marie Schwan, C.S.J.

Co-authored with Jacqueline Bergan the five-book Take and Receive series on the Spiritual Exercises, as well as the book, Praying with Ignatius Loyola. Schwann is a spiritual guide, retreat director and instructor who serves on the staff of the Sioux Spiritual Center in Howes, South Dakota.

The Passion in Everyday Life
Dr. Eileen Burke-Sullivan, S.T.D.
Rev. Kevin Burke, S.J.

This sister-brother duo will speak on the Passion in everyday life and the resources needed in order to be sent on mission. Eileen Burke-Sullivan is associate professor of theology and director of the Master of Arts in Ministry program at Creighton University. Kevin Burke is academic dean and associate professor of systematic theology at the Jesuit School of Theology at Berkeley. Each has been published in their own fields, and currently, the two are co-editing a collection on Ignatian spirituality.
