- Cost of the Conference is $225.00 (includes meals from Thursday evening through Sunday noon); Dinner on Friday evening will be on your own.
- Room fees: $150.00 (single) / $125.00 (double)
In order to ensure availability for all those who wish to attend, the Conference Committee has instituted the following policy for the collection of fees:
- $225.00 - Conference fee is due by May 1, 2008
- $240.00 - Conference fee after May 1, 2008
- $100.00 - Non-refundable deposit (counts toward the $225.00 conference fee)
- Cancellations - after July 17, 2008, forfeiture of 50 percent of the full amount paid, including room fees.
