To become a Safe Zone member, you must attend one of the upcoming 3 hour training sessions held on campus. Training sessions for students are held on Tuesdays and are for students, faculty, and staff. Groups are usually limited to 20 participants on a first come, first served basis.
Based on the resource manual, training is focused on group discussions and activities. Everyone has different experiences and knowledge to share, and we can all learn from one another. There will be time in each training session to ask questions and raise any issues you would like to discuss.
Training for Groups by Request
Safe Zone welcomes requests for training from departments, offices, and student organizations to participate in training as a group. To schedule a training, click here or contact the Cross Cultural Center at 314-977-2119 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
