The Center for the Application of Behavioral Sciences (CABS) works with organizations to understand human resource and organizational effectiveness issues that impact their organization's success.
Through CABS, research teams are composed of faculty and graduate students. Faculty in the industrial-organizational psychology program direct applied research projects with graduate students serving as research assistants to organizations. Students are able to put their skills in research methods, statistics, and industrial-organizational psychology to work by assisting organizations in developing solutions to their organizational issues.
Our team draws upon a diverse set of expertise in the use of surveys, interviews, focus groups, records analysis, and systematic observation that can provide valuable insights for your organization.
CABS is affiliated with the Industrial-Organizational Program in the Department of Psychology at Saint Louis University.
