    Theo 522: Survey of Medieval Christianity. A broad study of the figures, movements and theological themes in the historical period from late antiquity up to the 15th century.

    Theo 523: Survey of Modern Christianity. A broad study of the figures, movements and theological themes in the development of Protestant, Orthodox and Catholic Christianity from the time of the Reformation through the Council of Trent to the present, but with European emphasis.

    Theo 545: Theology of the Human Person. This course explores the meaning of being human from a theological perspective. It examines themes of nature and grace, sin, free will, human knowledge.

    Theo 565: Bioethics. The basic theological stances and conflicts related to the fields of medicine and the new biology; specific areas and problems analyzed, e.g., abortion, euthanasia, genetic engineering, etc.
