REGISTRATION

All conference participants MUST register. The registration fee is $85.00. The student registration fee is $65.00. After April 30, 2010, the registration fee will be $95.00 and $75.00 for students. Please follow the instructions included on the registration form, which can be downloaded below. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required.
