It is recommended that individuals working with minors review the on-line training module, "How Teachers and Other Educators Can Protect Our Children". The training module is approximately 1-hour in length. Utilize the following instructions to access the training module, available through the United Educators.

1. Click on the link.  First-time users should select the link to create a new account.
2. Use this institution registration code: 0659-UN37-XY12
3. Provide information about your role at the institution and then create a username and password.
4. Use your username and password each time you log in.
5. Go to Subtitle "Protecting Children from Sexual Misconduct".
6. Select "How Teachers and Other Educators Can Protect Our Children".
7. Select Higher Ed Version.
8. Begin the course with Module 1, "Introduction", and subsequent Modules to follow.
9. Once completed with all the Modules please select the "certificate" link (this can be found under the final Module).

An additional module is available for Program Directors and Managers. This session, entitled, "A Manager's Guide to Prevention and Response" is approximately 1-hour in length.
