Department of Nutrition and Dietetics to host EarthDance Farms Intro to Restoration Agriculture lecture
The Saint Louis University Department of Nutrition and Dietetics will host a presentation that EarthDance Farms is putting on by permaculturist Mark Shepard, the author of best selling Restoration Agriculture. The lecture will take place on Friday, April 25 from 7-9pm in Allied Health Building room 1043.
Shepard is the CEO of Forest Agriculture Enterprises and runs New Forest Farm, a 106-acre perennial agriculture forest considered by many to be one of the most ambitious sustainable agriculture projects in the United States.
