SEM Organization Framework SEM Organizational Framework.

As part of the University’s overall planning and effectiveness effort, a Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) plan was created to bring together campus resources in order to focus on the strategies of enrollment and student success. The process is facilitated through a carefully designed structure led by the Strategic Enrollment Management Executive Steering Committee (SEMESC) and three primary councils: the Recruitment Council, the Retention and Student Success Council and the Research and Reporting Council, which are all supported through existing committees, forums and working groups across the University.

Membership is designed to achieve full campus participation in the evolution and implementation of Saint Louis University’s SEM goals. Listed below are the SEM councils with links to additional information regarding the responsibilities and membership of each group.
