The Division of Enrollment and Retention Management (ERM) is centered around a vision of working collaboratively with the University community to help attract, enroll, retain and graduate talented and diverse students who are dedicated to changing the world for the better.

The ERM division and its nine departments are committed to creating and sustaining a culture of engaged University-wide partnerships that enhance our distinctive Catholic Jesuit education through the development and implementation of highly effective and student-success focused services.
