Saint Louis University Entrepreneurship Program Overview
Saint Louis University's undergraduate concentration in entrepreneurship integrates the classroom and the real world. SLU's entrepreneurship program offers you crucial business knowledge, interact with successful entrepreneurs and master the key skills of creativity, market focus and business planning which are essential to successful ventures.
Offered by the John Cook School of Business, SLU's entrepreneurship concentration draws on the University's world-class resources, including the nationally recognized Center for Entrepreneurship
and the Billiken Angels Network
for funding student-started firms. You'll have the chance to participate in campus-wide competitions for new ideas, elevator pitches, and innovative decision-making and social ventures. You'll also have access to the Diamond in the Rough
program for student business owners, and the Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization.
What You'll Learn in SLU's Entrepreneurship Concentration
In addition to fulfilling the requirements of SLU's Bachelor of Science in business administration degree, the John Cook School of Business's entrepreneurship concentration requires 18 credit hours of upper division coursework.
SLU's urban location will also provide you many internship opportunities outside the classroom. Most of these opportunities are paid and some may earn you academic credit.
