Cashed Out Presidents Society

COPS stands for the Cashed Out Presidents Society, and is a St. Louis organization founded in 1985 by J.W. Kisling, former president of Kisco and Multiplex. COPS is a unique peer mentoring organization, helping former presidents of independent companies think about, plan for, and help each other connect to the kinds of work, helping opportunities and fun that makes success worthwhile.

Membership in COPS is by invitation, and limited to presidents who sold their company for at least $2 million. Today there are 35 members and they meet quarterly. The current chair of COPS is JW Kisling and the Vice-Chair is Tony Ribaudo. The Center for Entrepreneurship at Saint Louis University's Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business provides support for this innovative organization.

Along with numerous articles in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch COPS have been profiled in Inc. magazine and the St. Louis Business Journal.

Higher purpose. Greater good.
