Administration for the Facilities Services division is provided by the office of the AVP of Facilities Services, along with the departments of Service Operations and Facilities Administration. These units support the division through leadership, strategic planning direction, budgeting and accounting processes, contract management, benchmarking, utilities administration, processing of all invoices and procurement, human resources/staffing, work order coordination, communications and website maintenance. Members of these departments represent the division on a number of University committees and councils. Additionally, the AVP of Facilities Services is part of the University's executive staff and interacts with the Board of Trustees and community leaders.

Michael Lucido is the Associate Vice President of Facilities Services.
