The Custodial Services department is responsible for providing cleaning and housekeeping services in all University-owned buildings, with the exception of those areas occupied by Food Services. To request custodial services, a FM:Interact work order request must be submitted.

Custodial Services' staff is responsible for over 3.6 million cleanable square feet, and is comprised of roughyl 150 custodians, with a supervisor ratio of 1:16. The department has an average cleanliness rating of 4.2, out of a possible 5, from Sightlines.
