Distribution Services can assist with small campus-wide office moves. Please look over the following Guidelines and submit a FAMIS work order with all of the correct information and we will contact you for scheduling.

Before a move can be scheduled, you will also need to ask your department administrator to complete an eSeeIDO. Please contact Ray Noldon at email@example.com to obtain final costs.
The record storage facility at Earhart Hall is available for departmental use. Those wishing to utilize the storage area must submit a FAMIS work order request under the description "Records".
Before creating your work order, please review the Record Storage Policies and Procedures to ensure proper record storage policy, including instructions on box sizes and labeling, is followed.
To request tents, tables and chairs for outdoor events, please contact Event Services via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 314-977-6338.
If you have gently used furniture that you no longer need, Distribution Services can pick it up for your department at no charge. Please put in a FAMIS work order with the details of how many items will be picked up at collection time.
If you would like to visit out "Community Property" room to identify used furniture for your department, please contact Distribution Services to schedule a walk-through. For more information on the furniture reuse program, visit the SLUstainability website.
Distribution Services can pick up unwanted electronics, including computers, monitors, laptops and TVs. To request e-recycling services, please submit a FAMIS work order and select K-Recycling.
