Facilities Services provides the services below in order to serve the University community and sustain the campus environment. Please review the services listing below to find detailed information about the appropriate service provided. Work requests are made through FAMIS, our online work order request system. We utilize APPA standards for six types of work order activities, including: planned/scheduled, preventive, support, corrective, reactive, emergency.
*Do NOT submit Emergency Requests through the Online Work Request System.
If your Maintenance Request is an Emergency, contact Facilities Management by Phone at 977-2955 during regular business hours 8:00 am-5:00 pm. After regular Business Hours, contact Public Safety by phone at 977-3000 to alert us of the emergency.
Emergency maintenance requests include any problem that must be addressed immediately, e.g. leaking water, safety issues or unsafe conditions.
