Affording a Saint Louis University Graduate Education
There are several ways to finance a graduate education, the most common of which are assistantships, fellowships, and loans.
Assistantships are offered through individual academic and administrative departments. Acceptance into a program merits automatic consideration for an academic assistantship. Students should contact his or her department regarding available academic assistantship positions.
Fellowships are awarded based on nominations from departments. Check with the departments for application deadlines.

The Yellow Ribbon Program is a Veteran's Benefit that SLU is participating in conjunction with Veterans Affairs. The award is available to students in all degree programs offered at Saint Louis University excluding the School of Medicine.
