Office of Research Services (ORS)
ORS supports the University's faculty, students and staff in development, submission and administration of grants for research, scholarship, creative activity and community outreach. ORS offers assistance in:

Libraries
The University houses four libraries:
- Pius XII Memorial Library
- Omer Poos Law Library
- Health Sciences Center Library
- Vatican Film Library
The combined holdings of the libraries at Saint Louis University total more than 1.6 million volumes, 12,800 serial subscriptions, 6,000 journal subscriptions, more than 140 electronic databases, 2 million microfilms, more than 400,000 government documents and numerous other resources.
Saint Louis University libraries are members of a consortium with a 2 million-plus title database, which includes Washington University and the University of Missouri system.
Graduate Student Association (GSA)
The GSA, governed by elected students, is a resource for students seeking funding for conference travel, publication expenses and poster presentation materials. The GSA sponsors the annual Graduate Student Research Symposium, which showcases graduate students' research, both in paper and poster format. The GSA's executive board sits three of its members on the University Board of Graduate Studies, with each of them holding a vote.
New Health and Science Research Building at Saint Louis University
SLU's Research Building project in midtown St. Louis will be near the Health Sciences Center. The building will house both student and faculty researchers who have the potential to transform our world through cutting edge advances in science and medicine.
Expected to be completed in the summer of 2007, new research building will have dedicated laboratory space, leading-edge technology and an entrepreneurial environment. It will also be a powerful recruitment tool for continuing to attract world-class faculty.
