  • Make a list of the duties and job requirements that you will need a temp to be responsible for. Be specific with computer programs and skills. 
  • Decide the hours and length of assignment. Assignments can only last up to 6 months. If additional service is necessary, approval from President and Vice President are required. 

Contact preferred temporary agency with your request. The cost of hiring a temporary employee is coordinated between your unit and the agency directly.
