The iLEAD: Servant Leadership Experience The iLEAD: Servant Leadership Experience is a leadership program for students at all different levels of leadership. Through iLEAD 101 students will learn the ideal skills of being a Servant Leader and how to enhance their leadership skills as a new member, in a leadership role or as an emerging leader at Saint Louis University. Participation in iLEAD 101 include the participation in the iLEAD retreat in November, Leadership workshop, Service, and a Keynote speaker. The experience is culminated through a capstone ceremony in April 2016.
