Home Care Service
Do you or does someone you know have:
- Trouble getting to doctor office appointments due to impaired mobility or transportation problems?
- Terminal illness?
- Advanced bedsores or other multiple wounds?
- Alzheimer's dementia or advanced Parkinson's disease?
- Frequent falls?
- Tube feeding?
- Urinary incontinence?
If the answer to any of these questions is "yes," you or your loved one may qualify for our home care program. Our physicians typically see home visit patients once every three months but may visit more or less often, depending on patient needs. Our physicians will communicate with your primary care physician via letter or telephone or we can serve as your primary care physician. Most health insurances have some restrictions about physician home visits. We would be more than happy to discuss this with you.
