The conference will be held at the Missouri Athletic Club (MAC).

CSC registration will take place in advance and on-site at the conference.

The registration fees are as follows:

$50 for faculty, $25 for students, payable by check in advance or on-site by cash, check, or credit/debit card.

We do not currently have the ability to securely accept credit/debit cards for advance payment.

Registration will be on Friday and Saturday from 8am - 4pm, and on Sunday from 8am - noon. Shuttle information and driving directions to SLU's campus for the Keynote Address and other information will be available upon check-in at the conference.


All CSC participants are encouraged to stay at the conference hotel, the Missouri Athletic Club (MAC) Downtown Clubhouse, located in the heart of downtown St. Louis. The MAC offers a great location, and the amenities of its historic clubhouse include free Wi-Fi, complimentary parking for hotel guests who drive, and extensive athletic facilities.

Another option for lodging is The Hampton Inn by Hilton St. Louis Downtown at the Gateway Arch. A block of rooms has been reserved for October 18, 2017 - October 21, 2017. The special room rate of $159 per night will be available until October 5th or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.

Flying or driving to the conference location is convenient. Air travelers can get to the MAC and the SLU campus area by taxi, airport shuttle, or Metrolink light rail from Lambert International Airport. Guests staying at the MAC will receive complimentary parking.
