Follow Fuze Support Forums

Any SLU Fuze user can subscribe to the Fuze Support Service Status forum to receive automatic email updates when Fuze posts notices about service issues, emergency maintenance and more. Below are the instructions for how to subscribe to 'follow' this important source of Fuze service alerts.

Important Note: Your account for the Fuze Support forums is separate from your Fuze Meeting account. Even if you have a Fuze Meeting account already, you will need to create a separate account for the Fuze Support site.

To follow the "Service Status" forum on the Fuze Support site:

1. Go to and click the "Sign In" link at the top right corner of the page.

2. Since you are new to the Fuze Support site, click the "Sign up" link to create your account.

* If you already have an account on the Fuze Support site, just enter your account credentials and click the Sign In link to log in, then skip to step 6.

3. Fill out your information requested, then click the "Sign Up" link.

4. You will receive an email from Fuze. Follow the link to create a password.

5. Enter a password, then click "Verify my email address".

6. After creating an account, or logging in to your existing account, you will be taken to the main support page. Click on the link for "Service Status and Maintenance". Main Support
7. On the Service Status and Maintenance Messages page, click on the "Service Status" heading to view all the posts under this forum.

8. Click the "Follow" link to subscribe to the Service Status forum to receive email notifications when Fuze Support posts about system outages, service issues, or other information that would impact product service for Fuze.

9. Find more topics to follow, or post a question to other Fuze users, by clicking the Tech Support link at the bottom of the page, or go to to return to the main support page. Support Forum
