Most repairs (except for headsets and phone cords) are covered under the University's telephone maintenance agreement. Contact the IT Service Desk via 314-977-4000 or helpdesk@slu.edu to submit a repair order. Our staff can assist you with:

  • Forgotten voicemail passwords
  • No dial tone (Check that your phone is plugged in to the correct phone jack.)
  • Static (You may need a new telephone cord - ITS staff can help determine the likely cause of the static.)
  • Headset malfunctions (Please change the battery before calling to report a problem.)
