JAA is governed by an Executive Committee elected from
among its full membership, namely the professional advancement staff
employed at the participating member institutions. Officers of the
Executive Committee include a National Chair, a National Vice Chair,
a Treasurer, a Secretary and a Recognition Chair. The Executive
Committee and officers are elected at JAA's National Conference.
