The Salus Center is located at 3545 Lafayette Avenue. Human Resources
is on the first floor. For assistance call 977-2360.
- Driving from Highway 40:
Exit at Grand, head south towards Highway 44. Make a left
at Lafayette Avenue. Turn left into the parking lot.
- Driving From Highway 44 or (South
Grand)
Exit Hwy I-44 West at 288 - Grand Blvd./Louisiana Avenue.
Turn left at stop sign onto Lafayette Avenue. Go one block to
Salus Center. Turn right into the parking lot just before Grand.
Exit Hwy I-44 East at 288 - Grand Blvd. Turn left onto
Grand. Make next immediate right turn onto Lafayette Avenue. Turn
left into the parking lot.
- Parking Lot and Building Entrance:
As you turn into our parking lot, the gate will rise. Parking
is free in the Visitor Section of the lot. Enter the building
from the circular driveway on the south side of the building.
Stop at the Security Desk to sign in an obtain directions to the
Human Resource Department. Be sure to get a token from the Receptionist
in Human Resources before you leave in order to exit the parking
lot.
