Pharmaceutical companies have long been the target of public criticism, presidential scrutiny and legal recourse. From the opioid epidemic to the dramatic rising costs of life saving medications, pharmaceutical companies stand accused of profiting while the public health of the country suffers. In this episode we are joined by Professor Liz McCuskey. Liz is a visiting professor in the Center for Health Law Studies where she teaches a course on Food & Drug Law and Policy.
